Tuesday, September 2, 2014 Zero Carbon Quiz Celebrate World Green Building Week! As part of World Green Building Week the Zero Carbon Hub, in collaboration with Saint-Gobain and Physics Unbound, are hosting the Zero Carbon Quiz. Join us at the Saint-Gobain Innovation Centre and test your knowledge of physics and green buildings, meet people, have fun and maybe even learn something new.
Tuesday, September 2, 2014 Ventilation project to officially kick-off this month In July 2013, the Zero Carbon Hub and the NHBC Foundation published a report highlighting issues and key actions relating to MVHR systems in new homes. The report, the culmination of work by the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Group, chaired by Lynne Sullivan OBE, stressed the point that ‘as new homes become more airtight, adequate ventilation is relied upon increasingly to maintain satisfactory indoor air quality (IAQ).

This will be followed by a technical visit to a ground-breaking Birmingham Zero Carbon House on Saturday 13^th September.
